基于形态性状的中国厕蝇科系统发育研究

厕蝇科Fanniidae全世界已知370余种,中国已报告140余种。选取110个形态特征,确立267个性极向,以中国79个厕蝇科代表种及外群11个代表种共90种为研究材料,使用PAUP version 4.0b程序,进行支序系统学研究。结果表明,厕蝇科是一个单系群,厕蝇科与蝇总科各科间系统关系与近年来基于形态学及分子生物学研究结果相一致。结果与根据形态特征的中国厕蝇属11个种团的划分基本一致。仅毛头厕蝇种团的形态学研究结果未能得到很好的支持,其种团地位将在今后进一步研究确定。结合形态分类特征,将明厕蝇种团中的柔厕蝇亚种团修订为种团地位,即柔厕蝇种团（Fannia mollissima-group）。

英文摘要：

There are more than 370 fanniid species identified（Insecta,Diptera）worldwide,of which 140 species have been reported in China.Our selected 110 morphological characters and established 267 character polarity,we used 79 representative fanniid species and 11 representative outgroup species amounted 90 species as studying materials,then used PAUP version4.0bto study the cladistic systematics. The result indicates that family Fanniidae is monophyletic. The systematic relationship between Fanniidae and other families of Muscoidea agrees with the studying result of morphological and molecular phylogeny in recent years.Only the morphological results of Fannia hirticeps-group is not fully supported,and further research should be performed to explore its species-group status.Considering the morphological classification characters,we revised the F.mollissima-subgroup of F.serenaas F.mollissima-group.
