Species diversity of Calyptrate in Manghe Nature Reserve of Shanxi Province is analyzed from species and fauna in this paper. The result shows that 88 species, 46 genera and 6 families of Calyptrate are found in the nature reserve, among which Muscidae share the highest diversity, accounting for 28.26% and 38.64% of the known Calyptrate genera and species in the area respectively, and there are 26 widely distribute species, occupying 29.55% of the known species in the area. The fauna statistic results indicate that the most species distribute in the northeast ＋ north China area ＋ south China area ＋ southwest area ＋ Qinghai-Tibet area. Scatophagidae and Fanniidae are extensively distributed in each region of our country.
