Based on enterprises being disintegrated, as well as the global value chain being reconstructed, which resulted in modulization of products and the decrease of assets specificity, mass collaboration is becoming the engine for wealth creation in the ＂Wikinomics＂, which enables enterprises leveraging the collective intelligence to innovate faster and realize more values. This paper explores the characteristics, critical factors and mechanisms of this new type of production organization, aiming at enlightening the developments and changes of China＇s enterprises.
