This article holds that the new light of the strategic management of organizations had emerged at the horizon of this new century. The PMLSM stressed out the importance of the strategic process, but not its identification, objective nor the result. These new landscapes are dealing with the new characteristics, new conflicts and the changes of the modem western strategic management theories and organizations. This article also discussed the different attitudes and methods to solve the conflicts of the theories in the strategic management. As a result, it is well worth to doing research in this field about these new landscapes .
