组织创新在很大程度依赖于对组织外部知识的吸收和转化。吸收能力这一概念能很好揭示外部知识与组织最终创新成果之间的转化机理。在介绍吸收能力内涵,在构建组织吸收能力的形成模型基础上,系统地探讨促进或制约组织吸收能力形成的科层因素,为公司创新能力不足这一瓶颈问题提供新视角。并认为,为了减少科层制可能产生的限制,在组织创新活动中引入市场机制是保证组织吸收能力有效发挥以及保证组织创新有效开展的有益尝试。
The organization innovation relies on the absorption and transformation of external knowledge to a large degree. The concept of absorptive capacity indicates the transformation mechanism between external knowledge and the ultimate innovation achievement. Based on the introduction of the essence of knowledge absorptive capacity and its forming model, this paper systematically explores the relevant hierarchy elements that promote or restrict the forming of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity, so as to provide a new insight for the bottleneck problem of approaching the innovative deficiency. Finally, in order to remove the restrictions produced by hierarchy mechanism, it will be a beneficial try to introduce market mechanism into organizations to ensure the effectiveness of organization absorptive capacity and organization innovation.
