Based on the necessity of philosophical resources arrangement, this paper analyzes the features of philosophical discipline and its professional resources, and points out that the focus of the arrangement and utilization of philosophical disciplinary foreign resources is to collect and arrange high quality philosophical foreign resources, and to provide the professional guidance for the utilization and purchase of philosophical foreign resources.
