To construct modem vocational education system needs the top-level design of the government, and the strengthening the comprehensive guidance, therefore it can promote the effective joint between higher vocational and undergraduate education. In Jiangsu province, various connection modes and flexible mechanisms were used, and financial support provided vigorously, so many qualified vocational schools, specialties and students could participate in this connection system.
