Mainly through studying on the characteristics of talents demand of bio pharmaceutical industry,this paper introduces that bio-pharmaceutical specialty of Nantong Polytechnic College took some measures,such as,revision of professional orientation and training target based on understanding the market,paying attention to students’ quality education,integration enterprise job requirements into specialty cultivation programme,integration curriculum and industry standard and occupation skill standards into the corresponding courses,combination of learning and doing,emphasis process and diversification in the process of evaluation,and so on,in order to cultivate technical talents with strong practice ability and good occupation morals.
