针对直流电力系统中额定电流的分断问题,本文提出一种真空直流断路器的拓扑结构,采用自然换流原理实现电网侧额定电流的分断。同时对断路器的结构组成进行优化设计,分析自然换流关断过程,通过计算得到关断参数。通过EMTP仿真软件对关断过程进行仿真,得到仿真波形,并在实验室搭建了300V/200A小比例试验平台,成功实现了200A电流的关断。最后实验结果与仿真拟合分析,结果证明,所提出的方案有效、可行,可用于断路器的参数的设计。
Aimed at the rated circuit breaker of ship DC power systems with 3KV/2OOA, the DC hybrid circuit breaker is proposed, in which the nature current commutation is employed in order to solve this problem.
