针对4kV/400A真空直流断路器关断电路的设计问题,首先采用传统换流回路的拓扑结构,并利用强迫换流原理实现了电网侧额定电流的分断;其次,介绍了关断电路的工作原理并对关断电路的参数进行了设计。通过EMTP仿真软件对关断过程进行仿真,得到了仿真波形,并通过试验的方法确定了di/dt取值范围在36~200A/μs内,同时利用仿真方法确定基于关断电容能量最小的换流回路参数,得到了关断电路的最佳设计方案;最后,试验验证了该设计方案的可行性及有效性。
The commutating circuit of 4kV/400 Acacuum DC commutating circuit breaker is proposed by the conventional topology,in which forced current commutation principles are employed.The working principle of comnutating circuit is introduced,and the parameters of it are designed.Simulation model of the switch is established by EMTP software,and the simulation waveform is gotten.The di/dt is determined by tests and optimized parameters are obtained by the emulator based on the minimum energy of breaker capacitor.The proposed topology is proved to be feasible and effective.
