电器开关触头温度场的研究,对于电器开关的正常运行有着重要意义。文中针对真空灭弧室CuCr触头,采用数值分析法,考虑触头材料硬度随温度的变化及触头间的电动斥力,提出了一种导电桥半径在仿真中实时变化的MATLAB算法,得到了触头在脉冲大电流下的瞬态温度场分布,并通过试验验证了仿真的正确性。结果表明,在对大电流的仿真中,对触头硬度随温度变化的考虑是十分必要的,文中提出的算法也是准确有效的。
To investigate the temperature field of Cu Cr contact in vacuum arc control device of switch,numerical analysis method was adopted to proposed a MATLAB algorithm, in which the influence of temperature on the contact material's hardness and the electric repulsion between contacts are considered, and the radius of conductive bridge can change in real time. Thus, the transient temperature field of the contact under large impulse current was obtained with the proposed algorithm, and the accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation were verified by experiment. The result shows that it is necessary to consider the influence of temperature on the contact's hardness in large current simulation.
