在分析2001-2007年国家海洋经济发展数据的基础上，利用灰色系统法GM（1，1）模型、趋势分析模型和戈珀资成长曲线法对中国海洋经济三次产业和相关产业增加值进行拟合，并预测中国海洋经济今后3年的生产总值。

英文摘要：

The paper analyzed the national marine economic development data from 2001 to 2007, and forecasted adding values of three marine industries and related industries of Chinese mafine economy by using grey system of GM（1,1） model, trend analysis models and growth curve approach. On this basis, it estimated total output value of China＇s marine economy in the next three years.
