基于风速计算模型、风电机组模型以及停运模型,分析风能并网发电的内部和外部可靠性与经济性影响因素,提出了新的符合风能并网发电特色的可靠性和经济性评价指标。通过蒙特卡洛模拟进行了算例分析和比较。研究结果表明风能并网发电在可靠性方面需要改善和提高,经济性方面效益显著,评价指标具有正确性和可行性。
Based on wind speed calculation model,the wind generator model and outrage model,this research analyzes the internal and external factors influencing the reliability and economy of grid-connected wind power,and presents the new evaluation indices in line with the features of grid-connected wind power.Example analysis and comparison were implemented aided by the monte carlo simulation.The research verifies the correctness and feasibility of the indices,and the remarkable economic benefit,and it also indicates that the wind power reliability should be improved and enhanced.
