为了满足迅速上涨的电力需求,需进行大量电网基础设施建设。输电工程作为建设重点之一,吸引着大量的资金投入,其工程造价的合理预测、规划对于电网基础设施建设工作的实施具有重要意义。文章结合220 k V输电工程结算阶段造价的实际统计数据,建立了新造价体系,并通过一系列的数据处理、判定和计算实现了220 k V输电工程结算阶段造价的预测,最后通过支持向量机方法验证了该指标体系预测的可靠性。
In order to meet the rapid rising power demand,the construction of large number of grid infrastructure is needed. Power transmission project as one of the key construction attracts a large number of funds,thus a reasonable forecast and planning of the engineering cost has an important significance for the implementation of grid infrastructure work. Combining with the actual statistical data of settlement stage cost of 220 k V power transmission project,a new cost system is established,and through the process,judgment and calculation of a series of data,the prediction of220 k V power transmission project settlement stage cost is realized,and finally through the support vector machine method the reliability of the index system prediction is verified.
