利用解释结构模型方法对我国可再生能源发电的风险因素进行分析,构建了可再生能源发电风险因素的阶层结构图,阐述了可再生能源发电风险因素的层级关系及风险因素间的相互关系。对我国可再生能源发电的源头、过程和终端风险因素进行确定,提出相对应的风险控制办法。
英文摘要：
This paper analyzes the risk factors of China＇s renewable energy generation by using the interpretative structural model,and constructs the hierarchical structure diagram for the risk factors,whereby the mutual correlations between the risk factors can be shown.Finally,it determines the source,process and terminal risk factors of China＇ s renewable energy generation,and proposes the corresponding risk control methods.
