光声层析成像(Photoacoustic tomography,PAT)是一种新兴的生物医学成像技术,它结合了组织的光学吸收特性以及超声探测优势,具有对比性强、灵敏度高、成像深度深的优点。本文综述了PAT技术的原理和主要成像手段。并重点结合PAT的技术优势,讨论了它在临床医学中的巨大应用前景。
As an emerging bio-medical imaging technique,photoacoustic tomography(PAT) combines the optical absorption and ultrasonic detection,which can provide high-contrast,high-sensitivity and indepth imaging in living tissues.In this paper,the principle of PAT mechanism and its primary imaging methodology are reviewed.In addition,its great potential to be applied in clinical medicine is discussed based on its unique advantages.
