采用CVM评估法,以荆州市城乡结合部为研究对象,以支付卡方式设计收集了125份有效调查问卷,对研究区农地非市场价值的支付意愿进行了测算。结果表明:荆州市城乡结合部87.2%的居民家庭对农地非市场价值有正的支付意愿,在现有家庭数的基础上测算耕地、园地、林地、水域和农地总非市场价值分别为546.28万元,227.93万元,229.46万元,263.60万元和1285.27万元。单位公顷非市场价值以林地最高,达74763.15元;水田最低,只有19550.15元。家庭人口、支付方式和教育程度对农地非市场价值支付意愿产生显著影响。
With the fringe area of Jingzhou City as the research object, this paper calculates the non-market value of farmland by using the contingent valuation method (CVM) based on 125 effective samples. The result indicates that the aggregated non-market value of cultivated land of the fringe area is 5.4628 million yuan, the aggregated non-market value of garden land 2.2793 million yuan, the aggregated non-market value of forest land 2.2946 million yuan, and the aggregated non-market value of water area 2.636 million yuan. The forest land is 74763.15 yuan, the highest notmarket value of each hectare. The factors influencing farmers' willingness to pay include the family scale, the means of payment and the educational degree.
