针对国家对于节约集约用地的要求，基于集对分析原理，通过构建农用地集约利用评价模型，探讨了农用地集约利用评价新方法。即通过建立农用地集约利用指标值和等级划分标准值两个集合，由这两个集合构成一个集对，对构成的集对进行联系度分析，利用平均联系度评价农用地的集约利用程度，并以潜江市为实例探讨了具体的评价方法和过程，通过对评价结果的分析为其农用地的利用提供科学依据。
英文摘要：
In this paper a new method based on set pair analysis is provided to assess agricultural land intensive use. It is setting values of agricultural land use and Classification values of agricultural land intensive use assessment as a pair,and then acquire the mean of connection coefficients through analyzing the pair, the results is used to assess the intensity of agricultural land use. Then~taking Qianjiang in Hubei Province as an example, the agricultural land intensive use of this region is assessed by the method, and it proved that this method of assessment can provides science basis for the rea- sonable use of agricultural land.
