在提出城市土地集约利用概念与内涵的基础上，运用特尔菲法和层次分析法建立了武汉市土地集约利用评价的指标体系，并进行了综合评价。结果表明，武汉市城市土地集约利用状态处于中等集约利用水平。在分析其形成原因的基础上，提出了武汉市今后土地集约利用的几点建议。
英文摘要：
On the base of putting forward the concept and connotation of urban land intensive utilization, the index system of land intensive utilization evaluation in Wuhan city was set up by applying Delphi method and AFIP to do the comprehensive assessment. The results showed that the urban land intensive utilization state of Wuhan city was at the middle level of intensive utilization, and its forming reason was analyzed, then some suggestions about land intensively utilizing in Wuhan city in future were put forward.
