由于当前的突发事件案例生成结构不统一,难以达到辅助决策的要求,因此,一种开放式的突发事件案例生成方法被提出,以实现突发事件案例生成结构的标准化。考虑到本体的共享性和可重用性,在研究突发事件案例本体模型的建模方法的同时,对突发事件案例进行结构化描述和管理,实现了突发事件案例的生成。并依据本体模型,设计了应急案例管理系统。最后,通过建立＂青岛11·22输油管道泄漏爆炸特别重大事故＂案例知识库,给出了＂青岛11·22输油管道泄漏爆炸特别重大事故＂案例的结构化生成示例。

英文摘要：

As the current case generation structure is not identical and difficult to meet the requirements of auxiliary decision,this paper puts forward an open-end emergency case generation method,to realize the standardization of the structure. Concerning the sharing and reusability of ontology,it studies the method for emergency case and its description. According to the model,the emergency case management system is designed. Finally,the structural emergency case is given by establishing the case base of Qingdao 11·22 oil pipeline leakage and explosion accident.
