采用机械化学的方法制备了煤直接液化用黄铁矿催化剂,研究了有、无分散剂作用下黄铁矿在非极性有机介质(庚烷)中的分散行为及界面作用,并采用DLVO理论分析了黄铁矿颗粒在非极性有机体系中的凝聚、分散行为。研究表明,十八酸和十八醇作为分散剂能显著提高黄铁矿在庚烷中的分散性;极性分散剂作用后,黄铁矿一庚烷体系中不存在极性界面作用能,范德华能起主导作用。
The pyrite catalyst used in direct coal liquefaction was prepared by mechanochemical reaction. The dispersing and interface action of pyrite in non-polar organic medium of heptane with or without disperants were studied. The behaviors of agglomeration and dispersion in non-polar organic medium were illuminated with DLVO theory. The results show that stearic acid and 1-octadecanol were effective to improve the dispersity of pyrite. For hydrophobic pyrite, there was no polar interaction energy in pyrite-heptane with polar dispersants. The interaction was dominated by Lifshitz-van der Waals interaction energy.
