以CuSO4·5H2O与NaOH为反应物,在乙二醇中机械化学法直接合成了纳米CuO粉体。用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行了表征。结果表明,产物CuO颗粒大小比较均匀,平均粒径30nm左右。对于反应机理,认为是固一固反应中放出的大量的热,使Cu(OH)。直接转化为CuO粒子。该方法具有合成工艺简单、产率高等特点。
Nanopowder CuO was synthesized by the mechanochemical processing of CuSO4· 5H2O with NaOH in the solvent of ethylene glycol. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), electron microscopy (SEM,TEM). The result is shown that the particle size of CuO is about 20-50nm, and the average diameter of the particles is about 30nm. About the reaction mechanism, it is thought that the heat released by the solid-solid reaction of CuSO4 · 5H2O and NaOH makes the product of Cu(OH)2 tramslate directly into CuO particles.
