针对带式输送机转载点粉尘污染大的问题,分别提出了负压除尘与喷雾除尘两种方案。以霍州煤电集团木瓜煤矿为例,根据现场皮带转运点粉尘运移规律,应用气固两相流理论,分别对负压除尘与喷雾除尘进行数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果研究两种控尘方案的控尘机理,并通过现场试点应用,对两种方案分别进行了应用比较。结果表明,负压控尘方案与喷雾控尘方案均能达到控尘效果,降尘效率均达到95%以上,但实际应用中喷雾除尘的成本更低,更适合应用于木瓜煤矿的输煤系统。通过研究,对负压控尘和喷雾除尘的控尘规律及应用进行了对比,为皮带转运点降尘提供了理论依据。
In the view of high dust concentrations at the transfer points of coal belts,dust control techniques involving the application of negative pressure and micro fogging have been proposed..Dust control theoretical models using negative pressure and micro fogging have been numerical simulated by using gas-solid two-phase flow theory according to diffusion law.This was modeled at the transfer point of coal belt in Mugua coal mine in Houzhou Coal Electricity Group.Dust programs of negative pressure and micro fogging were compared to actual on-site conditions.The results indicated that the dust control programs using negative pressure and micro fogging can be effective in dust control with efficiency rates up to 95%,however dust control technology of micro fogging is of a lower cost and more suitable for the Mugua coal mine.Based on the research,dust control law and application of negative pressure and micro fogging have been compared.The comparison provides a theory basis for the control of dust at the transfer point of the coal belt.
