采用激光熔覆在Q235钢表面制备高碳铬铁涂层,利用OM、XRD、硬度测试、摩擦磨损等,研究掺杂0.5%Ti和0.5%B对涂层组织性能影响。结果表明,熔覆涂层物相为α-Fe、CrFe、(Cr,Fe)7C3、Cr7C3;加入Ti元素产生TiC,加入B元素产生BC,且Ti、B的加入,使组织变得均匀细密。当添加0.5%B+0.5%Ti时,沿涂层截面中部硬度达到最大值1731 HV20,磨损率达到最小值0.85 mg/mm2,耐蚀性最好,腐蚀电流达到最小124.4μA/mm2。
High-carbon ferrochrome coating was deposited on Q 235 steel substrate by laser cladding , and effects of 0.5%Ti and 0.5%B doping on microsturcture and properties of coating were investigated by OM , XRD, hardness test and abrasion test .The results show that the phase of coating consists of α-Fe, CrFe, (Cr, Fe)7C3 and Cr7C3.With Ti and B additions, TiC and BC are produced respectively, and microstructure becomes more even and fine .When added 0.5%B +0.5%Ti, the hardness along the central section of coating reaches maximum as 1731 HV20, wear rate reaches minimum as 0.85 mg/mm2 , corrosion resistance is best and the corrosion current is minimum as 124.4 μA/mm2 .
