为了探析井工煤矿受限辅运巷无轨胶轮车行驶过程中的扬尘分布规律,采用数值模拟方法构造三维模型对不同行驶速度和方向下车辆扬尘浓度分布进行了研究,分析了呼吸带高度车辆扬尘浓度分布受车速与行驶方向影响的规律。结果表明,无轨胶轮车的行驶增加了扬尘浓度并改变扬尘在呼吸带高度的分布趋势,加重非车辆行驶一侧的扬尘污染;扬尘浓度随车速呈近似直线增加关系;车辆逆风行驶比顺风行驶时的扬尘污染程度更大。
To explore and clarify the distribution of fugitive dust by trackless rubber tire vehicles on confined coal mine auxiliary haulage roadways,a three-dimension simulation model was established,a numerical simulation method was utilized to study the concentration distribution of the fugitive dust caused by the trackless rubber tire vehicles,and the influence of vehicle speeding and driving direction on the fugitive dust concentration at the breathing zone height was analyzed. The results show that operation of trackless rubber tire vehicles led to a fugitive dust concentration increase,the distribution tendency of fugitive dust changed at the breathing zone height,and the pollution of fugitive dust on the side of nonvehicle was higher than it was on the other side. The fugitive dust concentration linearly increased with vehicle speed,and fugitive dust pollution was higher when the vehicle was traveling upwind than when it was traveling downwind.
