采用修形齿廓有隙啮合分析方法,计算了环板式针摆行星传动的啮合刚度,运用VisualC++编程语言和SQL Server2000数据库,实现了啮合刚度的参数化设计和计算,大大减轻了设计人员的工作量.计算结果表明啮合刚度是时变的,并且变化幅度较大,说明时变的啮合刚度是整机振动的—个主要因素.
Meshing rigidity of ring-plate-type pin-cycloidal gear planetary drive is calculated by a tooth profile meshing analysis method taking clearance into account. Parameter design and computation are realized by Visual C ++ programming language and SQL Server 2000 database, which greatly reduced design work load. Computation results show that meshing rigidity changes greatly with time, indicating that the periodic meshing rigidity is a main source of entire machine vibration.
