基于ADMAS软件环境,采用轨迹捕捉法模拟摆线齿形的展成法加工过程,并生成准确的摆线轮齿形.在此基础上构造出环板式针摆行星传动的动力学仿真模型,并对摆线针轮行星传动进行运动仿真。可直观地获得环板与摆线轮的相对运动关系及相应运动参数,为新型传动的参数化的优化设计和结构创新以及减速器虚拟样机的试验验证提供了直观可靠的可视化虚拟试验环境和设计基础,并将理论计算结果与试验分析结果进行了对比分析,对仿真模型进行验证.
On the base of ADMAS software, the manufacture process of cycloidal gear is simulated by tracing the coordinates of artifactitious orbit, cycloid curve and solid model of the reducer are constructed, and kinematic analysis and simulation are performed on the drive. The visual movement of ring-plate and cycloidal gear provids a design-circumstance for parameter optimization, structure innovation and a kind of intuitionistic and credibility method for experimentation and verification of the sample reducer. As a part of the research program for further study, the simulative result is compared with the experiment data of the sample reducer, and the emulational model is verified.
