Farmer＇s perception on agricultural products traceability system,behavior in implementing agricultural products traceability system,and the factors affecting their behavior are measured by empirical investigation on 263 apple farmers in Fengxian,Jiangsu.The results show that the implementation of agricultural products traceability system has improved the quality and safety of apple,while it has added the complex level of production and the producing costs.The main factors impacting farmer＇s behavior in implementing traceability system are farmer＇s cognition on traceability,farmer＇s education level,household income,quality certification system of apple,incorporate level of apple production,the information noted by farmers,and beneficial policy.
