以河北省唐山市消费者为调查对象,以可以追溯猪肉为案例,应用k-近邻非参数回归研究不同收入的消费群体对不同层次的可追溯食品的需求。结果显示,不同收入水平的消费者对不同层次的可追溯食品具有不同的需求,收入与可追溯食品层次性需求呈正向关系。因此,在可追溯食品推广初期,一个最现实的选择是通过财税政策补贴食品生产者,以降低可追溯食品的生产成本,扩大低收入群体对可追溯食品的需求,以提高食品安全保障水平。
Taking consumers in Tangshan city,Hebei province as a research object,with traceable pork as a case,this paper studies on demand for traceable pork of different levels from different income groups.Research show s that different income consumers have different needs for traceable food,and income has a positive relationship with traceable food needs. Therefore,in the initial promotion of traceable food,one of the most realistic choices is to subsidize food producers through finance and taxation policy,in order to reduce production cost of traceable food,and to expand food needs for low-income group,and improve food security.
