Technique transfer of national defense is to pursue and carry out expectant economic efficiency on the basis of excavating science and technology potential, and to promote economy development, improve national defense strength, and push science and technology forward. This paper analyzes the microcosmic influential factors and the macroscopical influential factors of technique transfer of national defense, researches on their relations, and comes to corresponding conclusion.
