This paper evaluates the large-scale enterprise＇s original innovation from the original innovation capacity of output capacity, core competencies, implementation and support of the five original innovative environmental point of view. Through the application of AHP to build large-scale enterprise innovation of the original evaluation index system, it comes to the original innovation-related elements of the sort in the large-scale enterprise.
