纳米(矿物)颗粒具有独特的物理化学性质,其对人体健康以及环境的潜在影响已经引起人们的广泛关注。本文综述了纳米金属、纳米氧化物、纳米硫及其化合物、无机盐类纳米颗粒及无机纳米复合颗粒的部分生物活性及细胞毒性的研究现状,包括纳米颗粒微生物活性;纳米颗粒引起的细胞毒性、细胞凋亡等。纳米颗粒(矿物)的这些生物活性及细胞毒性的机理人们目前尚无法完全了解。因此,今后应从纳米颗粒学、矿物学、材料学、生物毒理学、环境安全暴露评价等方面展开多学科联合研究。
Nanoparticles with particular physicochemical properties have attracted widely attention in scientific area, public people and even government departments by its potential impacts on human health and environment. This paper reviews the studies on partial biological activities and cytotoxicity of nano metal, nano oxides, nano sulphur and its compounds, nanoparticles of inorganic salts and inorganic nanocomposite particles, including the microbial activity of nanoparticles and cytotoxicity and apoptosis caused by them. The essence of their mechanism couldn't be completely explained for the time being and entails future studies.
