目的分析不同地区5种自然降尘与大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌的近尺寸作用。方法选取5种不同性质的大气粉尘(FC-1#、FC-2#、FC-15#、FC-18#、FC-21#),对其特性、粒径及粒度参数、主要化学成分进行分析,观察其与大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌相互作用后各培养液的细菌数、p H值、葡萄糖(GLU)消耗及Mn、Pb、Fe、Si等元素变化,以及细菌形态。结果 FC-1#含有较多的Ca O;FC-2#、FC-15#、FC-18#、FC-21#含有较高Si O2;FC-1#、FC-15#烧失量(LOI)高于其他降尘。自然降尘颗粒直径为0.3~1μm。大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌与5种自然降尘相互作用后,与未作用者比较,FC-1#、FC-21#菌落数均增加,GLU消耗均降低,p H值均增加,P<0.05或<0.01。大肠埃希菌与FC-1#作用后Fe、Ca、Ni、Si、Al溶出增加,与FC-2#作用后仅Al溶出增加,与FC-15#作用后Fe、Ca溶出增加,与FC-18#、FC-21#作用后Ca溶出增加,P<0.05或<0.01;表皮葡萄球菌与FC-1#作用后Ca、Mg、Ni、Si、Al溶出增加,与FC-2#作用后仅Al溶出增加,与FC-15#作用后Ca、Al溶出增加,与FC-18#作用后Ca、Mg溶出增加,与FC-21#作用后Ca溶出增加,P均<0.01。细菌形态结果表明,降尘颗粒的形状不规则性增加了其与细菌间的膜界结合程度。结论 Ca含量高的碱性自然降尘对大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌的生长有促进作用;自然降尘颗粒越小,越容易与菌体结合。
Objective To analyze the near size reciprocity of five kinds of natural dustfalls from different areas on hu -man escherichia coli and staphylococcus epidermidis .Methods We chose five kinds of different natural dustfalls ( FC-1#, FC-2#, FC-15#, FC-18# and FC-21#) to analyze their features , grain diameter , grain size parameter and major chemical constituents.In separate culture medium where each dustfall interacted with escherichia coli and staphylococcus epidermi -dis, we observed the changes of elements such as bacterial counts , pH value, GLU, Mn, Pb, Fe, Si and the transition of bacterial morphology .Results FC-1# contained more CaO; FC-2#, FC-15#, FC-18#, FC-21# contained more SiO 2; and the LOI of FC-1#and FC-15# was higher than other dustfalls .The natural dust particle diameter was 0.3-1 μm.After five different natural dustfalls interacted with escherichia coli and staphylococcus , we compared it with that of each control group, bacterial colonies of FC-1#, FC-21# increased, GLU consume reduced and pH value increased ( P<0.05 or P<0.01).After interacting with escherichia coli , we compared it with that of the control group , the dissolution of Fe, Ca, Ni, Si and Al in FC-1# increased, only the dissolution of Al increased in FC-2#, the dissolution of Fe and Ca increased in FC-15#, and the dissolution of Ca increased in FC-18#and FC-21#(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After interacting with staphylo-coccus epidermidis , we compared it with that of the control group , the dissolution of Ca , Mg, Ni, Si and Al increased in FC-1#, only the dissolution of Al increased in FC-2#, the dissolution of Fe , Ca increased in FC-15#, the dissolution of Ca , Mg increased in FC-18#, and the dissolution of Ca increased in FC-21#(all P<0.01).The result of bacterial morphology indicated that the irregular shape of dustfalls enhanced cohesion with bacterial membranes .Conclusions Alkaline natural dustfalls with high level of Ca can promote the growth of escherichia coli and staphylococcus epidermidis .The smaller the particle of na
