为了对血红扇头蜱的生活史、蜱媒疾病以及分子生物学特性的研究提供参考资料,建立一套规范完整的实验室血红扇头蜱人工饲养技术和方法。对采集的血红扇头蜱以家兔为供血动物,在（25±1）℃和RH（90±5）%恒温恒湿培养箱中于黑暗条件下人工饲养。结果表明,蜱在人工饲养的环境下能独立完成生活史,完成一个世代需要72~113d,卵、幼蜱、若蜱和成蜱各期均在兔体嗜血。
英文摘要：
In order to provide references for Rhipicephalus sanguineus on life cycle,Tick-borne disease and biological characteristics,a set of standard laboratory techniques and metheds of R.sanguineus rearing were established.R sanguineus ticks were fed on rabbits in the constant temperature and humidity incubator,under the dark condition of 25±-1 ℃C temperature with 90±5 % relative humidity.ticks can live independently in the artificial conditions,with a life cycle of 72～113d,larval,nymph and adult of ticks can be fed with rabbits.
