微课视频的翻转课堂通过对视频、教学课件、课业训练、学习反馈、教学反思等相关微课资源进行有机整合,让学生通过微课视频的观看学习顺利完成本节课有关的任务学习,从知识的传递接受转为内心生成。对高职院校烹饪专业的微课视频翻转课堂的教学模式研究进程探索,以提升高职院校专业人才培养提供新的教学方法和教学模式设计。
Through the organic integration of video,teaching courseware,classwork training,learning feedback,teaching reflection,etc.,students can successfully complete the task-related learning in this lesson through micro-class video. This paper probes into the research progress of the teaching mode of video lesson in the micro-class in culinary specialty of higher vocational colleges,and provides new teaching methods and teaching model design to enhance the training of professionals in vocational colleges.
