英文摘要：
The information security of industrial control systems has been highly threatened with rapid development of information technology. But it is not efficient for the relative authorities to take security assessment and analyses manually. So designs an information security assessment and analysis system based on the comparative analyses between the processes of manual assessment and automalic assessment, and illustrates the design principles and functional modules.
