Facing the new stage of the dual phase intersection and the coal industry overcapacity in China,the supply side structural reform of Coal industry development in China is imperative under such situation. The coal enterprises should seize the historical opportunities,create a new mode of development,and improve the operation efficiency. This paper studied the current situation and problems of the current China＇s coal enterprises＇ diversification on the basis of analyzing coal enterprises＇ diversification mode selection,and put forward some countermeasures for the corresponding improving coal enterprises diversification level to achieve the smooth succession of industries and the sustainable development of enterprises.
