LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)具有节能、寿命长等优点,将成为一种新型固体照明器件,但由于功率大,导致LED芯片结点温度升高,而直接影响着LED的出光效率、峰值波长、器件寿命等,因此解决LED的散热成了近年来大功率LED发展照明用的首要问题。探讨了一种用于冷却照明用大功率LED的平板式回路热管散热器。研究表明,在输入功率从5W增加到20W时,热管启动时间从30分钟降低到10分钟左右;在输入功率20W时,模拟LED芯片结点温度稳定地控制在60℃左右,在输入功率30W时,热管热阻0.48K/W,相对于以往LED金属散热体,热阻下降。
In this study, a loop heat pipe cooling device for high power lighting LED was developed. The experimental results of the cooling system show that the starting time of the heat pipe decreased from 30 minutes to about 10 minutes when the heat input increased from 5W to 20W and the junction temperature of the simulated LED chip was around 60℃ steadily for the heat flux of 20W. In addition, the thermal resistance of the heat pipe was only 0.48K/W with the heat flux of 30W.
