为了提高大学生的体质健康水平,运用教学实验法和数理统计法等研究方法,揭示不同的体育学习方式影响学习不同项群大学生体质健康的规律。实验结果表明:自主学习方式比传统学习方式的学习效果好,能够有效提高大学生的体质健康水平;学习方式与项群之间存在交互作用,传统学习方式影响学习不同项群的大学生体质健康没有显著性差异。自主学习方式影响学习不同项群的大学生体质健康效果不一样,其中,技能主导类表现难美性项群要优于隔网对抗性项群和同场对抗性项群,隔网对抗性项群又显著高于同场对抗性项群,并且不同项群之间具有显著性差异。在对实验结果进行分析与讨论的基础上,从学校体育的角度提出有效改善我国大学生体质健康的对策与建议。
In order to improve the college students' physical health, the paper probes into the influences of self-reg- ulated learning on the physical health of college students who learns different sports items and puts forward relative countermeasures. Teaching experiment and mathematical statistics were adopted. The results showed that the tradi-tional learning method had less obvious influences while self-regulated learning of P.E. had better effects. More- over, learning methods were related to sports. The effects on students majoring in sports demonstrating difficulty and beauty were superior to those on students majoring in sports requiring competition against the net and on the same court. Meanwhile, effects were more obvious for students majoring in sports requiring competition against the net than for those majoring in sports requiring competition on the same court.
