针对含有模糊变量双层规划模型,将模糊模拟、神经网络、微粒群算法有机的结合起来,给出了求解模型的混合智能算法,并将该算法应用于两级政府高等教育投资模糊期望值双层规划模型和模糊相关机会双层规划模型的求解,实例验证了混合智能算法的有效性和实用性.
In this paper, fuzzy simulation, neural network, and particle swarm optimization are integrated to produce a hybrid intelligent algorithm for solving the bilevel programming models with fuzzy variables. The proposed algorithm is used to solve the examples of fuzzy expected value bilevel programming and fuzzy chance-constrained bilevel programming for two-level government's investment in higher education. The examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the hybrid intelligent algorithm.
