协同刺激分子B7-H4是B7家族中的一个新成员,它能通过抑制T细胞的增殖、细胞因子的产生和细胞周期负性调控T细胞的免疫应答,同时大量表达B7-H4可以促进上皮细胞的恶性转化,保护表皮细胞免于失巢凋亡,在肿瘤的发生、进展和转归中发挥重要作用。研究B7-H4在恶性肿瘤中的表达及意义对于临床诊断具有重要作用,也为新的分子靶点治疗恶性肿瘤提供新的策略。
Costimulatory molecule B7-H4 is a new member of B7 family. It ca, negatively regulate T cells immune response by inhibiting T cell proliferation, cytokine production and cell cycle. Overexpression of BT-H4 plays an important role in initiation, progression and regression of tumor, by promoting malignant transformation of epithelial cells and protecting epithelial cells from anoikis. Study of B7-H4 expression in malignant tumors is useful in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and offers new strategy to pursue for molecule target treatment in cancer.
