转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一类具有多种生物学活性的细胞因子,参与调节细胞的增殖、分化、发育和凋亡等多种生命活动,在肿瘤的发生、发展中起到双重调节作用。协同刺激分子程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)广泛表达于肿瘤组织,具有抑制T细胞免疫从而促进肿瘤发生的作用。肿瘤微环境中TGF-β和PD-L1之间的相互调节作用对肿瘤的发生、发展尤为重要。现就TGF-β和PD-L1在肿瘤微环境中的相互调节作用予以综述。
Transforming growth factors-β (TGF-β) is a class of eytokines possessing many kinds of biologic activity, including the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, development, and apoptosis. TGF-β plays a dual regulatory function in the development of tumor. Costimulatory molecule programmed death ligand 1 (PD-LI) is widely expressed in tumor issues,which inhibits T cell immune function to promote tumor development. The mutual regulation of TGF-β and PD-L1 in tumor mieroenvironment is very important for the occurrence and development of tumor. This paper will review the mutual regulation of TGF-β and PD-L1 in tumor microenvironment.
