借用供应链管理的基本模型,分析了线性需求条件下,模块集成商和模块供应商的利益分配方式,比较了模块集成商主导订价、模块供应商主导定价、双方同时订价,以及双方协商定价四种策略下的收益。结果表明,双方协同定价时,总收益最大,并且两者分别获利也最多;先行主导定价一方可获得较大收益,体现先动优势;弱势一方可通过追求协商谈判的方式获得收益增加。
The benefit allocation is analyzed in linear demand by using supply chain basic model,and four benefit strategies are compared,which are supplier dominating price,integrator dominating price,bargaining between both sides,and setting price through consultation.Results show that: the total benefit of setting price through consultation is more that other ways;setting price first can get more advantages;the weak side can improve revenue through bargaining.
