服务型制造网络是基于能力需求导向的一种模块化服务网络。服务能力的差异化增加了服务型制造网络的不确定性,使得价值模块节点的选择更加复杂。通过建立价值模块节点的评价指标体系,给出了节点选择的综合评价物元模型,提出了基于可拓理论的评价步骤;采用三角模糊群决策方法,确定了指标权重,通过修正关联函数、求解关联度,寻找最优解;最后用一个实例进行了验证,结果表明此方法解决了构建模型时对指标模糊、主观判断的问题,使得节点选择更加有效。
The nature of service-oriented manufacturing network is modular service network for capacity needs based. The difference in service capability increases the manufacturing network's uncertainty, making the choice of the value module node more complex. Through defining an evaluation index system of the module node, gave a formalized expression of value module node evaluation problem in the Matter Element Model, and presented a comprehensive value module node evaluation approach based on Extension Theory. Using A Fuzzy Group Decision Method with triangular determined the index weight, it solved related degree and found the optimal solution through amendments to related functions. Finally, an example's result showed that this method solved the fuzzy subjective judgments on the target problem, it made more effective on node selection.
