服务型制造是全球制造业发展的基本趋势,生产性服务成为产品差异和增值的主要源泉,也是制造业非价格竞争力的决定性因素。分析了服务型制造网络中的服务转型阶段,即增值服务阶段、支持服务阶段及独立服务阶段,指出信息服务、物流服务、金融服务,构成了服务型制造网络的基本服务。基于嵌入性理论,从结构性嵌入和关系性嵌入两方面分析服务型制造网络的服务嵌入机理。最后以波音公司全球生产网络为例,说明其服务嵌入具体方式,包括启动客户服务、客户培训服务、售后维修服务、信息技术服务、融资服务等,为我国大型客机服务型制造提供借鉴。
