对市场导向与创新之间的关系进行分类和分情境研究,其中包括知识转移的中介作用和创新领域的调节作用。研究发现:反应型市场导向有利于创新绩效;企业内知识转移和企业间知识转移在反应型市场导向和创新绩效之间有着显著的中介作用,而且这类市场导向增强企业间的知识转移、减弱企业内的知识转移;相比产品创新,两种市场导向对服务创新均有着更大的作用。
This paper analyses mediating role of knowledge transfer and moderating role of innovation domain in the process of market orientation affecting innovation performance, and proves that responsive market orientation can be beneficial for innovation, both inter and mtra firms knowledge transfer play the mediating role, and market orientation increases inter firms knowledge transfer while decreasing intra ones. It also implies that orientation can be more beneficial for service in- novation but not product innovation.
