本文试图构建中小企业组织冗余、离心力、向心力以及产品创新的传导机制模型，并选择科技型中小企业为调查对象对模型进行检验，研究证实：沉淀冗余有利于中小企业产品创新，离心力中的分权维度和向心力同样如此，并且在沉淀冗余与产品创新之间起到部分中介的作用；中小企业的规范性能够正向调节离心力在沉淀冗余与产品创新之间所起的作用．结论有助于揭示组织冗余作用机理，同时也为中小企业科学利用组织冗余以及外部组织更有效率地支持中小企业创新提供实践指导．
英文摘要：
It tries to build the transmission mechanism model of organizational slack, centrifugal force, centripetal force and product innovation in SMEs. And it takes science-based SMEs as the samples to test the proposed hypotheses. The result shows that absorbed slack benefits SMEs＇ product innovation, so do the decentralization dimension of centrifugal force and centripetal force. It also testifies that SMEs＇ formalization moderates effects of centrifugal forces on product innovation positively. These conclusions help to reveal mechanism of organizational slack, and provide some suggestions to SMEs on how to use slack in a proper way and to external agencies on how to encourage and support product innovation of SMEs.
