针对彩色视频图像序列的运动目标提取问题，提出一种彩色视频运动目标自适应在线聚类提取算法。首先给出一种改进的基于HSI空间欧氏距离的色差度量方法；然后提出一种阂值自适应的在线聚类彩色背景重构算法，并对重构的彩色背景进行客观评价；最后运用背景减除法提取出运动目标。

In this paper, for the colorized video moving objects extracting problem, a colorized video moving objects extracting algorithm via adaptive on-line cluster is proposed. Firstly, this paper gives an improved color-difference measurement method based on the Euclidean distance metric in HSI color space. Then, it proposes a threshold adaptive on-line clustering colorized background reconstruction algorithm, and evaluate the reconstructed colorized background objectively. Finally, the background subtraction method is used to extract moving colorized objects.
