我国已经进入老龄化社会，发展老年教育是我国积极应对人口老龄化的最佳选择，将对我国社会主义现代化进程产生全面而深远的影响。但目前我国老年教育存在的问题影响了老年教育的发展，本文从坚持以人为本的原则，加强顶层设计，加大老年教育供给侧改革等方面对如何发展老年教育进行了探讨。

China has entered the aging society, it is the best choice to develop the elderly education for China to deal with the population aging problem which has a profound and comprehensive impact on China＇s socialist modernization process. But recently, the elderly education problems greatly affect the development of education for the aged. This paper discusses some effective ways such as, insist- ing on the elderly centered principle, strengthening of top-level design and increasing the supply of side reform to develop the elderly education.
