基于IT工程师成长历程中初中级职位升迁、中高级职位升迁关键阶段对应职位的研究,分析影响职位晋升的技术要素和管理要素,总结获得晋升要素的途径,按照职业生涯各阶段的时间节点来完成IT工程师成长历程关键阶段晋升要素模型的构建,并在多家典型的企业通过发放调查问卷完成该模型的可信性验证。
Based on the study of critical stages in the position promotion of IT engineers,the paper analyzes the technical factors and management factors,and summarizes the approaches to acquire these promotion factors.According to the time node of each step in IT engineer development process,the paper constructs the promotion factor model of critical stages.Investigation through survey questionnaires is conducted in some typical enterprises to verify the credibility of this model.
